1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Dayfold Studio website, operated by samtosa, INC. ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the website after these terms take effect, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.
2. Website and product information
The website introduces our apps and games, provides product and support information, and links to download services. Information, features, compatibility, and availability may change. A project marked Coming soon is in development; that label does not promise a release date or guarantee a release.
Downloading or using an app may be governed by separate app license terms and the terms of the store through which you obtain it. These website terms do not replace those agreements. Prices, subscription details, and purchase conditions should be checked in the app and on the relevant store before making a purchase.
3. Permitted use
You may browse the website and use its support resources for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, interfere with the website's operation, distribute malicious software through it, or use the website to infringe another person's rights.
4. Content and branding
Website content, app artwork, logos, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and belong to their respective owners. Browsing the website does not transfer ownership or grant a license to use our branding or distribute our products. Uses permitted by applicable law remain permitted.
5. External services
Links to the App Store and other external services take you to services operated by other parties. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. We do not control their availability, content, payment processing, or refund decisions.
6. Support and privacy
Contact & Support provides a contact form, our email address, and product help. Submitting the form sends your email address, selected product and topic, and message to Netlify, which stores the submission and sends a notification to our support inbox, hosted by Gmail. We use these details to handle and respond to your request. Please do not include passwords, payment details, or other information that is unnecessary for your request.
Each app has its own privacy policy: Third Degree and Vespera. Those policies describe the named app and its stated scope. These website terms do not amend them.
7. Availability and your rights
We aim to keep website information useful and accurate, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every page is always free of errors. The website and its information are provided as available, subject to applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, remedies, warranties, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
8. Updates and contact
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version with a new effective date. Changes apply from that date, subject to any notice or consent required by law.
